Lifting weights tend to give a boost to energy and mood, after having rested.

I think that’s exactly my issue. My activity usually comes from running and we’ve had 3 feet of snow and single digit temps for what feels like a week now

100%. Cold and snow where I am too. Dog is miserable because salt on the streets means no walk. He has the backyard but loves the walks.

Hit the streets for a jog, just don’t get hit by a car.
