yes. my question is do you think bitcoiners are the smartest people with the greatest potential? those children are being compared to hawkins, gates, einstein and newton. we are talking IQ and impact on the world. what say you?

i also asked do you think i am projecting on bitcoiners and they are just middle of the road with regards to intelligence.

I think IQ is overrated. Important but used as a single metric of success which I dont think is accurate. Jordan Petersen says the best predictor of success in life is 'conscientiousness' aka the ability to continually show up to something (job for eg) and keep plugging away. Not that IQ isnt important - you still need a decent IQ but its not the be all and end of of potential.

Potential is also subjective. Potential to do harm or good? I suppose that is a moral or perhaps spiritual aspect.

gotcha. i wonder what the IQ of cypherpunks like satoshi, adam back and hal finney are? i wonder what elon musk and jordan peterson's IQ is? i bet they are all very high. as far as potential and intelligence both of these must be actualized for the world to benefit.

my first bitcoin conference i went to was at mit (ivey league) and those kids there were truly gifted individuals. that experience may have colored my perspective of bitcoiners. i was surrounded by the people that built and are building the world we live in today.

im sure if i would have gone to the bitcoin conference in miami i would have a different experience and have a different impression of bitcoiners.

Ah yes that may colour it. Jordan's was like 140 if I remember. Google the 'Big 5 psychological test'. Not IQ but other characteristics like conscientiouness are measured.

Some people use a spiritual scale of 'service to self' at one extreme and 'service to others' at the other. Where these kids fall on that may signif dictate what they do with their potential and IQ.

Remember when good will hunting didn't work for govt cos he didn't want to bomb innocents he didn't even know. He's service to others and High IQ. Just an example 🫡

Definitely not. I already met a Bitcoin statist, however weird that might sound.

Bitcoin is for everyone even the Satists.

Given your theory, there's a logic behind bitcoin that doesn't play in the hand of people strongly supporting control over others. And I mean this guy was all for guns to police only, stfu when talking to authorities etc. It just doesn't make logic sense, but he was too dumb to think that far. Which isn't much.

Yes that's true. Bitcoin is harder to control than other tech. Who can say why a Satist likes bitcoin buy even the dumb ones can use it. Of course that's great accessibility in a way and perhaps a cruel duality of human nature that even the wretches of society can use it.
