Seems Fulcrum on a 4Gb Raspberry Pi 4B isn't viable after all, second crash necessitating deletion and resyncing of the datadir. Will try again when I receive my Pi 5. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Are you using the fast sync option? I had crashing issues when I tried that.

Not 100% sure, but I'll investigate later. Thanks for the tip.

Just checked the documentation I used, it advised these optimisations for 4GB model. I should just comment out the fast sync line?

db_max_open_files = 200

fast-sync = 1024

I’m not sure. It’s been about a year since I’ve synced a Fulcrum node. What I remember is that I failed to sync 2 or 3 times using the fast option, then succeeded without it on the first try. 🤷‍♀️

Steven, you should return the pi. I have things 3x more capable on my storefront for a fraction of the price.

Yeah, no thanks.

That’s fine, but eBay hunt for used equipment - you’ll find better $/performance.

I'm not interested in buying a product or tool to achieve an end goal, if I was I would just buy a RoninDojo Tanto. That's not what this experiment is about.
