Life's too short to waste eating crap like pasta. It tastes of nothing until you add a sauce and (preferably) meat.
Anyone else listening to good old fashioned records? Here is my latest upgrade, a RigB'd AT-VM540ML. Loving what it's brought to my system.

Yeah but no. No better bang for the buck than repurposing what you have. A Pi with an external powered USB hub is stable AF. Never had an issue with reliability.
Why all the hate on the Pi? Fulcrum was rubbish on a Pi but it turns out Electrs works just fine and dandy and I've learned heaps in the process which is ultimately what this was about. Use what you have and stack sats, rather that dis the Raspberry Pi, no?
I'm not interested in buying a product or tool to achieve an end goal, if I was I would just buy a RoninDojo Tanto. That's not what this experiment is about.
Yeah, no thanks.
Just checked the documentation I used, it advised these optimisations for 4GB model. I should just comment out the fast sync line?
db_max_open_files = 200
fast-sync = 1024
Not 100% sure, but I'll investigate later. Thanks for the tip.
Seems Fulcrum on a 4Gb Raspberry Pi 4B isn't viable after all, second crash necessitating deletion and resyncing of the datadir. Will try again when I receive my Pi 5. 🤷🏻♂️
Fulcrum installed and syncing... 👍
Is running Fulcrum on a 4Gb Pi 4B a viable option or does it need more memory?
Truly appalled at what's going on in Nostr right now. 🤦🏻♂️
