I have no doubt he was able to finagle a deal like that. Making movies is of course expensive. But agreed, that's my biggest contention with it as well. Funny how Bitcoin added into the mix makes all of their incentives stronger. If Bitcoin is tied to energy and energy is free, how many people who make the "it uses too much energy"argument would eat their words and even start stacking? I think you're probably right. Power then money. Once you're friends with Davos and the CIA, money is nothing and power is everything. The flaw in the jobs thinking I believe is that you're operating under the assumption that they want everyone working. They know damn well Central planning inhibits growth and jobs. What they want is for the masses to quit breeding. As I'm sure you've seen me say, less people=less resistance. The power advantage thing leads me to think of breakaway civilizations which there is absolutely evidence for. Not only Lockheed Skunkworks, but that's what the hippies were. Children of the intelligence industry playing with consciousness and creating their own world that turned into the black market, the rainbow family, and also intelligence. Imagine 60 years later those same implications with reverse engineered tech, ufos, drones. Yet another one worth giving a listen that touches on that.
