I had some caffeine later in the evening last night as well and ended up sleeping just fine. I just take 120-240 mg of magnesium glycinate and wash it down with some raw milk. Not a surefire fix, but it does help quite a bit

Yeah, I didn’t have an issue sleeping. Where do you source your magnesium?

My go-to has been Pure Encapsulations on Amazon. It’s more expensive than other brands, but I think it’s worth it.
