Using Amethyst, I can follow a tag like #Meshtastic. I get any tagged content piped right into my feed that way.

Primal also does this.

Yeah, if you search something, up above the results, there should be a "Add this to my home feed" or "feed" (I forget which)

Is there Amber login yet?

Yes, I've been using Amber for Primal mobile since I started using nostr last month
