We used Linux distros to develop nostr projects so now Linus and all distro contriubutors are to be charged too! Jail all the devs!!
Are there bitcoin devs which where detained in recent years? I think it's not dangerous yet for devs, but obv could change.

Relays are more critical part of the infrastructure
Not bitcoin protocol devs per se but Samourai Wallet developers #Keonne #Rodriguez and #William #Lonergan #Hill are still held hostage by the US government.
Not a Bitcoin dev (as far as I know) but Tornado Cash developer #Alexey #Pertsev got 5 years in prison for his involvement with the project.
