Y O U get to decide if you want to take on other people’s opinions of you.

Sometimes they fit, and often they don’t.

How do you tell the difference as we all have blind spots?

It can feel like recognition when someone is spot on with something about you even when it may not be something you like. It can feel like a zing in your body of ‘Yes that is true’. So you can say “I accept that.“

Other times, when someone labels you or tells you how they see you or what they assume you’re thinking 🤨

You will feel when it is incorrect.

It just doesn’t fit.

So hit that ball back to them to clarify the Field and say “No that doesn’t feel quite right.”

Ppl will want or need us to agree to things that can set us up in ways that are incorrect or untrue.

We can get pulled into their Field.

They will do this as a strategy - conscious or unconscious- so that we fill the role they need us to fill. So that we fit in the dynamic that is unfolding or more importantly, that they want to unfold.

We all do this to one another.

We are all humans trying to do our best.
