Interesting. So you had it bad but weren’t vaccinated? The only people I know who got “long Covid” also got the vax. Plus a few people who kept getting it repeatedly were as well. I had wondered if it was only associated with the vax from my own small dataset.

I only got it once, some time around early 2022 after my dad got it.

The main symptoms went away after a few days. But I keep getting these recurring throat soreness/ inflammation for months after.

(And I do podcast / audiobooks so that was a real struggle)

It's mostly that my allergies came back.

Over a year later I think I'm fine now though.
