I think you responded to Brian instead of me about the airbnb hosting. We' ve been hosting for 4-5 yrs, in La Grange, TX
oh, my bad :-) we don't have any short-term rental currently, but I've been in and out of real estate for 20 plus years. so, it always peaks my interest.
have you noticed your short-term rental revenues or volume decrease significantly in the last 6 months? just curious. been hearing things like that lately.
I don’t have rentals or rabbits.
I have my own painting and pressure washing business. We raise meat chickens. We took a couple years off of layers but have about 50 arriving this week. We have a bunch of fruit planted (still want to plant more) and a small vegetable garden this year. We are currently setting up a large area for a fall garden.
We are also a soccer family. Both my wife and I played at a small college in Indiana. Our kids play some but aren’t as into it as we were.
yeah, totally my bad... tag the wrong person with that comment about short term rentals... but hey, you've got some gardening awesomeness in your world!
My wife and I have tried to start a little raised bed garden last couple of years, but I think our green thumbs are a dark gray brown or something :-)
