That makes sense though. That's how the justice system works.

We don't punish entire industries collectively. Otherwise, where would we get our light bulbs? (In addition to it being unjust to potential businessmen who didn't conspire).

When it comes to races, that way of thinking is even worse, since people can't choose their race. Although, I suppose they could choose how to interpret their ancestry; but they don't get to choose their actual ancestry, so anyone could consider them a member of a group based off their ancestry or physical features and punish them with no recourse.

Interesting that you would enthusiastically agree with my sarcastic position. Not punishing corporations for anti-competitive behaviour ensures the behaviour will continue. Shareholders demand companies maximise profit and share value.

Race matters because of ethnocentrism. Among religious Jews, lower religiosity, higher in group preference and *significantly* higher ethnic identity is seen compared to the major Christian streams.

In group preference is normal and the default, however when looked at among the major ethnic groups in the US, Blacks, Hispanics and Asians all rank higher in this trait than Whites. When broken out between conservatives and liberals it can be seen that there is little difference amongst all other groups but a huge chasm appears between White liberals and White conservatives, with conservatives now having a relatively normal in group preference and liberals having out group preference.

Much of this has been fostered by Jewish academics who understand the importance of in group preference and seek to undermine it via questionable social science.

This is because of evolutionary game theory. On a long enough timeline ethnocentrism always wins over other forms of human behaviour. This has been modelled (asexually) attached.
