I have a question for the #chicken group.

I'll try to keep it short

My side yard is about 5' wide by 40' long. It gets about 2-4 of sunshine max per day, but enough that it supports vegetation growth. (Dandelions and other weeds)

I live in zone 9 so Winters are mild, rarely under 32 and Summers can be hot but mostly between 78-90.

I have a small coop 72"x30"

I cannot have a rooster (city ordinance)

The Question is...

Is it feasible to run chickens in that area? How many max?
