you do those cold plunges too. My buddy does that in like 39 degree water for 5 minutes
Impressive! I do it mostly as a stress reliever. But today it was just to cool down. Our well water comes out at ~54F and I do about 6.5 mins, most days. Coldest I've done is also 39F for ~6.5 mins. It was too long, started chivering uncontrollably so jumped in hot shower to offset, but the aftereffect was so relaxing.

You just reminded me that I forgot to cut my son's hair before sending him off to college. He is so frugal, he might have long hair by Christmas because he hates wasting money and doesn't care much about his appearance. I messed up!
