Why are the pushups getting harder? Isn't this supposed to be getting easier?

stop doing pushups, the easiest 😅

Hands together? Proper form is most important even if you need to go to your knees. Possibly muscle exhaustion or lack

of hydration. Eat bananas.

My forms good I'm just exhausted lol only 50 moar

Understood. Had to do them for a career & now I’m overweight and happy 😆

Muscles need time to repair. Generally ~48 hours, but depends on how much damage was done, type of training, size of muscle, training status, etc. Analogy from Dorian Yates: if you scratch the palm of your hand with sandpaper pretty good and give it time to heal, callous will form. But if you scratch it again before it heals, you get a bloody hand. Recovering properly from exercise is about as important as the exercise itself. If it’s getting harder, it may be a sign you’re actually destroying more muscle than you’re building.

There's a reason why the top athletes spend a lot of time laying or sitting around lol..😊

Dorian Yates trained 4 times a week and won Mr Olympia 6 times in a row. You don’t need to train the same muscle every single day.

This explains why two days off from playing beat saber seems to massively improve my performance.

The way you moving gang.. You might need a 48 hour rest then get back to it might need a lil heal time 🫂

Probably the indica

Fatigue - Hydrate with water and electrolytes, fuel w/ adequate protein, carbs, and fats. Carbs are important for pushing yourself hard everyday.

If needed, take a day off.

Just needed a power nap lfg!!

Boo 👻 We could have done this together spiritually.
