Anyone else using #Coracle private groups for their project, instead of Slack?

Like having the calendar and the chat, but I'm kind of missing an associated private forum with channels or topics.

Also would be nice to be able to have some sort of pinned note, where we could keep links to project docs.

We have so much traffic that the chat feed is going to be nuts, sometimes. 😂

It was also very difficult to login with Amber or nos2x or nos2x-fox.

Therefore, it seems to run faster than Slack and no stupid 2FA with e-mail.

And no hiding of messages after 90 days, since I own the relays. 😎

Is there a way to use coracle from mobile?

Cause there's no Amber login

Amber is nsecbunker, but it doesn't appear to work.

It wrote the permissions, but I couldn't login.

I am using it on Android with Kiwi browser and nos2x Extension.

Only combo that worked. 🤷‍♀️

Goddit, thanks

keybase is awesome, but not sure how long for, after they got bought. end-to-end encrypted, with file storage and git repos integrated

Keybase?

Is that used in Coracle?

no, it's an old project that has a sophisticated key delegation scheme, back end written in Go and front end electron

it's some kind of an attempt to do what we want - open slack, but has a lot of friction points that have retarded adoption, one big one being that they run all the data storage

Ugh, no.

#OnlyNostr

yeah, it also sorta had a little stab at being a social network too, it was way too niche and complicated

reminds me also... it's not a terrible interface, could be re-purposed to run a custom client/relay back end too with minimal change to the front end side

something that i feasibly could do to achieve making a useful nostr client
