We don't do the country fair in Aus, we do the country show.

It's still got rides and food trucks and entertainment things but it's primarily for people from the region to come together and compete for best produce.

There are all different animals, veggies, flowers, baked goods and art all from local people and the winners go onto the state level.

My favourite is the kids who show their cattle. Tiny humans, in their best outfit, leading their beautiful, huge bulls around to show them off. ♥️

It's a lot of fun! Very competitive and a great place to find people to cross breed stock with or collect seeds from.

I think this is how it's supposed to be.
