yes, it is possible, and in some ways more common than typically thought. Feminine leadership isn't really aggressive and dominating but more inspiring and collaborative.

that being said, a more assertive Woman would definitely be more comfortable in a leadership role, and a man with to much ego can't be led.

for starters, it's typically the man who desires an FLR—usually from some combination of a deep-rooted desire to please and a fantasy. for the FLR to be healthy, a man has to learn to embrace humility, tame his ego, and shatter the fantasy to truly see and appreciate Her.

a Woman who tries to control him by indulging in his fantasy will only be chasing an illusion and probably wind up feeling used and manipulated. for the FLR to function as intended, the man must surrender to the Woman, not his fantasy. and the Woman, in turn, must choose to accept his submission only if it's genuine.

the dynamic ultimately relies on the man being honest and vulnerable about his motivations rather than solely on a dominant or headstrong Woman asserting control. a man may choose to surrender to a Woman without so much of a "type A" personality. however, a more dominant Woman would probably be better positioned to help guide him through this process or draw out his true submission.
