Yep, totally.
Plus, service industry is a demanding field and pay usually low. It’s constant interacting with people, some disgruntled or/and arseholes. There are still places in USA where servers only get $2.13/hour. Many people also assume they are not smart, educated or/and they rarely get respect. Tip full restaurant severs well! Be nice to them and store employees.
