Of course, their products are still being sold in Russia somehow, but the level of self-censorship is astonishing.

This is influenced by Japanese nationalism and the fact that Japanese nationalists are incredibly dumb. Additionally, the American occupation and Russia's annexation of their islands also play a role, with the islands' return being impossible due to the continued American presence in Japan.

Moreover, Japan is being prepared for a war with China and Russia once again. It might not be very noticeable right now, but it is happening.
