Because it’s a shitty software company trading at a ridiculous premium to the Bitcoin it holds. The STRD, STRK, etc spin-offs aren’t innovation, they’re casino chips, based on narratives with no foundation.
We’ve seen this movie before. BlockFi, Celsius, and the rest are the next big thing, until reality caught up. Markets always humble hype.
I didn't realize the stock price was higher than the Bitcoin stack (that is stupid), but I also wouldn't buy it either way.
