Yeah, likely both. Vietnam is just a little bit to peaceful. The USA needs to remind them just how good they have it. A full scale war and then with them surrendering again that should refresh their memory. 💣 😂🤣
I hope my satire is known. (Also, I think we signed a peace agreement or something. Huge waste of lives)
