So tobacco shops, 2 in the heart of largest nearby town. Sell vapes (supposedly illegal) AND blackmarkert smokes. Surely impossible police do not know, so 🤔 either police just don't want to enforce some laws, or they are being paid off..
Cops have to get some smokes from somewhere are they are not paying $80 a pack at woolies!
