Why?

Because protein in excess of needs is stressful to the body.

Ah ok ”Using these, very high-protein diets (> 3.4 g/kg/day) appear to decrease testosterone, however high- and moderate-protein diets (1.25–3.4 g/kg/day) do not."

Indeed around 3g/kg/day is like forcing yourself to eat...

HIIT

But sir, the source is from gov... i will assume it's a lie and do the exact oposite.

Better to keep it to bitcoin, laser because that is contrarian talk

What?! Not what I was expecting. Are fats the more important macro?

High natural carbs, moderate protein, moderate to low saturated fat depending on amount of muscle.

How I'm I supposed to get big then ?

You eat high protein to make muscle, I do it to gas my family. Few.

👀

High God diets increase progeny.

Can you share the data that led you to this conclusion?

but what qualifies as high protein

more people getting a “less sugar than average diet” than people getting actual “high protein diet”

You don't need or want more than 0.8g-1g/kg/day of protein while lifting to pack on muscle.

Choose either peating (high carb, low fat) or keto (low carb, high fat).

I suggest the former if you want to keep your hair and not fizzle out over the years.
