Pasture Raised Pork Tenderloin Wet Rub.

First #vlog no edit one shot.

Happy eating.

PS: use finishing salt to season your meat after cooking, you can’t take back salt so never fully season your meat. Thanks for the push nostr:npub1rtlqca8r6auyaw5n5h3l5422dm4sry5dzfee4696fqe8s6qgudks7djtfs

Great vid!

Very cool! Now I'm hungry.

Forgot to mention the weight of the PTL was 1.5lbs

145 F and still a little pink in the middle is perfectly done.

Overcooked meat makes me have sad face

Did you take a picture of the finished product?

Yes, thanks for asking. I will post it later today

We need to get a results vlog

In the works

Pork, personally speaking, doesn't tempt me at all, for I'm allergic to meats like it and animals of the like that don't have a split hoof AND chew the cud (they have to do both for me to be tolerant of them for my body).

For any fish, they need both fins AND scales for me to tolerate them. Otherwise, I'm intolerant to that as well.

That's just how I was made, though.

Very cool! Now I'm hungry.😋

Keep going
