This #Brauzeugen pale ale came out cloudier than I wanted. So the weather. We brewed it for a wedding in August. Let’s hope for better wedding weather.

It looks healthy to me.
The real question is, "How does it taste?".
Is it high on the Drinkability Scale?
Can you taste notes from the grain(s) and hops?
Yes! It was gone fast and I would drink another one.
It’s maybe a bit sweet. Could be more hoppy bitter for a pale ale. But it should work well for a wedding crowd.
If there are any left, let them sit a week longer. The sweet/malty flavor might have converted into more alcohol.
Most of my home batches were finished right when they started to taste "good enough for distribution" 🤣
I found the mistake. It’s supposed to be a Golden Ale. So It’s probably right.
And yes: the last bottle is often the best 🤣
