I LOVE oysters. Have eaten them maybe 4 times due to the price. Soooooooo good with the lemon and the red sauce. It feels like the ocean. And the shell is the bowl.
I found 50¢ happy hour oysters at a place in New Orleans on a vacation a few years ago. I think I ordered five dozen. Something around there, anyway. 😄

One time I pointed out a place with $1 happy hour oysters and my partner was saying how if the oysters are low quality, you could die from eating them.
