Somebody tell me if I have this correct or not…

Let’s say somebody is worried about hate speech, disinformation, vulgar language, etc. They want everything to be nice and safe on their social media feed.

They could hypothetically only connect to relays that have strict guidelines about notes that can be posted. Maybe a relay bans notes with certain words or phrases (or whatever can be done to make it “safe”). Call it the safe relay or relays.

However, this person has stuff to say and wants to reach as many people as possible. So they recognize that to maximize potential reach of their speech they need to post to relays that are popular and probably don’t have the same restrictions as the safe relays.

If a client allowed the capability, they could read and write on the safe relays and only write to the not safe relays.

Is this practical?

I’m trying to think of the people who just want social media to be fun and protected from a lot of what makes a certain bird app a hellscape.
