Twelve days into trying out oil pulling.

Managed to get to 17 minutes twice.

It's tough.

I can floss much easier now, and I'm seeing less plaque buildup. Nothing dramatic yet. But I suspect you can get the same result if you swish and pull anything for 15 minutes.
