Hello Primal family 🌿

I’m Demi — a trauma-informed midwife, somatic practitioner, and guide for deep inner work. My path weaves the wisdom of the body with birth, nervous system healing, and the reclamation of our most primal instincts.

Whether in the birth space, in ceremony, or through somatic therapy, I hold containers where people can soften, release, and return to their truest essence. I believe our bodies are storytellers — carrying imprints, memories, and wisdom waiting to be heard.

When I’m not guiding others, you can find me with my feet in the earth, swimming in waterfalls, or cooking nourishing meals for my village.

I’m here to connect with kindred spirits, share insights on embodiment, and explore the beauty of living in rhythm with nature and our own primal selves.
