If a band of twenty men go to another bands village to steal their horses, get in a fight and kill the other twenty men vs the twenty men go to the other men’s village because they are crows and want to kill them all because they hate crows and want to eradicate every single one of them, man woman and child.

I believe this is the difference between war and genocide.

If they’re all dead, what’s the difference?

The reason they are dead. Did they die because they had property the others wanted, or did they die because of who they were, why they believed, what values they had?

Think less.

Sounds like a recipe for disaster.

What are we in, but a disaster?

It’s not nearly as bad, as you presume it to be.

Just wait

I’ve been around long enough. The world was supposed to end many times before. I don’t wait anymore.

Why does that matter?

Because words are defined this way?

If 1/2 a population dies, do words matter more than the results?

I’m not sure what we’re talking about anymore?

definition of genocide is corrupted

So, what is it?

i posted a reply else where, but lets do better

latin root gen , which means race, which we understand as genes and their phenotypes in common

the suffix cide means to kill

genocide means to kill a race

a genocidal phrase would be 'total nigger death' or 'kill all white people'

a genocidal behavior would be to target a race to harm them, eg jews flooding white nations with shitskins, or bombing gaza because a few people came out and harmed your friends
