I'm concerned because the Venezuelan government is recruiting for the military because they have fear of usa "invading Venezuela"

According to the videos there are still people signing up voluntarily. Arming civilians to fight the US Marines sounds like very bad idea.
I suppose the ones signing up, are influenced by anti American propaganda on state media, aren't they?
These are Public workers that relay on the goverment salary so they are almost obligated to sign up, if they dont, they may lose their job
Forced conscription is absolutely inevitable outcome of "things getting worse" in any country. And you should have take it into account when thinking about your Plan B.
