Sehr gut möglich, dass ich von etwas nicht weiss. Aber meinem Wissen wegen ist ein Verfassungsgericht dafür da den Verfassungstext auszuführen. So das sich weder Privatpersonen noch gewählte Politiker über die Verfassung stellen können.

Und das finde ich wichtig und vermisse ich in der Schweiz.

Michael Burry's Scion Asset Management's latest 13F disclosure shows an extreme bearish concentration. The hedge fund has concentrated 80% of its $1.38B portfolio into put options on Palantir and Nvidia.

$PLTR Puts:

• $912 million (66% of portfolio)

$NVDA Puts:

• $187 million (13.5% of portfolio)

Combined: $1.1B (~80%) betting both stocks fall.

It started as a "anybody can share a ride in your car" and it's now a "you need 50 licenses or go to jail" thing. And it would be really cool to have a ride share / Uber inspired app for Bitcoinerss/Nostriches.
