😂 I've seen this a few times as well, the only logical explanation I have is that their NPC code is glitching and forgot to update.

I too see this all too often. The worst i saw was on the beach, a little Indian girl 100 feet away from everyone with a mask, fully clothed, on the beach, wearing a mask. SMH.

We got one of those in our village too. Not driving, but buying groceries with a FFP2 Mask.

unfortunately, I use to wear a mask in my old truck before it became a thing to comment on....
..., the putried odour was unrelenting - think Seinfeld episode with that unremoveable car stink. The mask was a little oasis for that run to Home Depot.
