A 7 yr car loan is insane. If you have a car now, take care of it.

MAKE IT LAST.

Mine was 5yr. And I paid if off 2yrs early.

+$209 in sats every month.

🥳

Very nice! 👏

How about those 15 year car loans? Insane.

15???!!

And here I thought 7 was bad.

Ive never had a car loan and I never will. They're never worth it. I know to you, cars are beautiful works of art, to me they're machines that serve a purpose. The day I buy a brand new car is the day I don't need a loan to buy one, and truth he told even then I don't find that prospect worthwhile.

any recommendations for an ever-lasting car with low tco (gasoline, maintainability, no weak points, good spare-part supply)? love my 2001 passat 3bg, but after 24 years the electrics are slowly dying... plus corrosion is on the move forward... and with 10 litres per 100 km it is not really efficient (unfortunately not a diesel)

What I usually say is to look out for older cars that are still running when you’re commuting. Depending on where you live, you might see more Toyotas or even BMWs. I tend to recommend Japanese cars for their longevity and availability of parts.

Toyota ftw 🙌

good idea, will start a little statistic 😀

Currently, I find few new cars interesting …. so I agree 😛 I assume you don't have any experience with all-weather tires, Alex, right?

Driving my 4Runner until the wheels fall off.
