For now I'll just mention that you can have borders without a State, even Chimpanzees have borders around their territory.
Maybe the problem is that the State is a group that has become too big to be of net benefit to the Sovereign individual.
Maybe we need to work on being better than Chimpanzees

Excuse my limited knowledge but doesn't the state owning bitcoin, further validate the idea?
The idea is valid regardless of what the State does.
I want the State to be less powerful, not more powerful, so I don't want them to own Bitcoin.
