It’s more for cases of disaster or if internet becomes unavailable one day.
Apparently it only works for 300 meters
I believe it can span as far as connected Bluetooth signals can, so I depends on number of users in location
Meet new people or use it as a doorbell maybe
to connect with new people in your immediate area .....

theme parks
events
conferences.
There are tons of situations where I would like a low effort way of meeting new likeminded people.
