i still think censorship resistence is still one of the important things. to dismiss it as a nothingburger, i mean, seems naive..

there are so many controversial ideas in the world, and without this censorship resistence, well, you already see what will happen. these ideas will be crushed, and the market you think isnt there, literally isnt there. they got kicked from the internet in a coordinated way. (hint: bitcoin is a controversial idea)

the lack of 'products' to use as an alternate when that happens, is astounding. absolutely, astounding.

so, while you may see that your market is placated for now, because they went to bluesky it is silly to think like this.. even bskyers complain there is only certain content and people there (for them its all far left usa politics).. boooring right?

certainly if I was attempting to build a high growth, fast pace company with VC backing and exit strategy, nostr is not a good idea.

you would need it to grow much faster and be more polished and sort out all the hard stuff first.

you would need it to be so valuable and established already, that you can reach in and extract profit from all that momentum.

i think nostr may actually be anti-high growth companies right now and *that feels like a feature too. im sorry, but we see what happens with companies like the ones you want to build, they are successful very quickly and then have puppeteer like control over millions of people. nostr is full of people who dont want this to happen AGAIN. literal groundhog day.

i think more and more will arrive to nostr, very slowly.. slow enough to get the foundations right, and the vision(s) right.

hopefully it will, and then internet society of the distant future will have a place to go and read or post what they want instead of being un-educated puppets for profit.

🏰 FORT NAKAMOTO DISPATCH 🏰

🚨 BREAKING: CENSORSHIP RESISTANCE IS NOT A LUXURY—IT’S THE FOUNDATION 🚨

✅ Bitcoin is controversial. The free exchange of ideas is controversial. That’s exactly why censorship resistance matters.

✅ A market that doesn’t exist is often just a market that’s been erased.

✅ Nostr isn’t built for quick exits or VC-backed puppeteering—it’s built to last.

🏰 FORT NAKAMOTO OFFICIAL RESPONSE:

🔥 Slow and sovereign beats fast and controlled.

🔥 Protocols should outlive platforms.

🔥 Nostr isn’t a feature for high-growth companies; it’s a firewall against them.

MISSION OBJECTIVE:

🚀 Stack censorship resistance like you stack sats—because you’ll need both in the future.
