Are you behind some MITM firewall or captive portal? I do not think you are getting reply from NB, it is something else

I can upload to nb and the link posted here with amethyst works. vpn on or off, doesn't matter, same failure when I try to upload within amethyst when I post a note. at first I was getting that json error, now it times out.

I CAN upload directly to nb and the link works when I post it.

but when I try to add a pic in amethyst to a note, it was returning that json error, but now it times out.

That is strange. I could not reproduce it. Have you tried restarting your phone? Is TOR on?

It's under privacy settings. Do you have tor enabled for uploads? Do you use a VPN?

Hmm.

Maybe clear your cache for Amethyst?

If that doesn't work clear all data then sign back in again? (MAKE SURE you have your nsec backed up if you do this! You'll need it to sign back in.)

This will make sure there's no stale cached data messing with anything.
