I wonder if gold will have a lot of new applications once it is demonetized.

Probably get way better electronics and things thanks to it being more affordable. Would be really cool to have something that literally won’t corrode in super high resilience, systemic computer hardware. Could talk about computers being built to last for insane ages possibly.

My buddy has a 24k gold chain he wears around. He let me wear it for a bit and I kid you not it made me feel different. I know the properties of gold that made it a good money.. but I’m wondering if what makes it conductive for electronics and such make it a good way to channel energy onto the person wearing it. Throughout history a lot of cultures valued gold.. as jewelry. 🤔

Nowadays gold is mostly 10k and 14k. 14k is 58.3% gold, and even then a coin dealer told me most jewelry in from areas outside italy and asia contain less gold than the stamped amount. He had a sick machine to check purity.

So long story short.. here’s my gold conspiracy. If/when gold becomes demonetized.. let’s rock 24k gold like pharoahs and see how we feel

I suspect it has very few uses beyond what we already know about. Having great monetary properties but otherwise being mostly useless is why it was the best form of money for millennia.
