I'm a leftist activist. But not in the sense that your preconceptions assume.
Preconceptions? I can see the crazy with my own eyes. If you are center-left that's absolutely a good thing, But the crazy sheep NPCs on the far left are unbearable and just down right insane.
Left vs right is a false dichotomy.
Yeah, I think that's right. It may have once had some meaning but with the complications of authoritarianism, 'woke', corporatism, institutionalism, empathy, sovereignty, collectivism, individualism, fiat, bitcoin... it's just too many factors to resolve into a left/right dichotomy.

For most yes, but there is a sect on the left that is loud and insane, with literal insane world views not based in reality... they went so far left they kinda broke off into their own thing.
