No to-do lists

Don’t wake up early

No timers

The only thing I “do” is think about what’s going to make me feel like I’ve had a productive day. Then do that thing.

I guess in a way it’s a “hack” that I may skip breakfast and just get to working on stuff until I’m really hungry - which sometimes ends up being close to lunch. Coffee ☕️ in between.

That’s about it.

love the "what makes today a productive day" concept! I will try this, thank you! I can't do timers either but I do subconsciously try to set a time limit and hope outpace myself lol. I do take short breaks every hour or when I finish a task to flush out and re-calibrate. I don't know if I can work while hungers. Been trying to cut back from 4 cups to 2 cups of coffee - that has been a tough one !
