Are you a Bitcoin wallet user? Earn sats by sharing your thoughts about Bitcoin wallets while adding to a censorship resistant web-of-trust searchable rating on nostr!

Are you a Bitcoin wallet provider? Please also share your thoughts about your own product and other products. Invite your happy users to leave their reviews, too.

Do you have a website discussing Bitcoin wallets? Integrate those opinions yourself, too.

We are actively developing this https://gitlab.com/walletscrutiny/nostr-opinion-plugin and it allows you to invite visitors on your website to leave opinions and discuss those on your website but also across nostr social in a seamless way. The way this works is with nostr nip23 long-form posts as "opinions" with threaded replies for each of those. On your website you control which users are approved and what each post's header, footer and hashtags look like as to give nostr-social users the right context.

Contributions to the plugin are highly welcome. For WalletScrutiny the idea is to expand it a bit in the area of additional formal data in the shape of tags. Currently we added only a 3-state sentiment: bad/neutral/good but we have ideas how to further add more things that should be configurable depending on the domain of the user of the plugin. But also the visitor to the website should be able to modify header, footer and hashtags etc.

You can find Wallet-opinions and their zaps for example on https://habla.news/t/WalletScrutiny

To leave your own opinions on Wallets, head over to WalletScrutiny.com and find your wallet there. I'm currently zapping 5000sat for all serious opinions. nostr:npub1mtd7s63xd85ykv09p7y8wvg754jpsfpplxknh5xr0pu938zf86fqygqxas already collected the reward 10 times.

Thanks, Leo, for the zap ⚡

My main LN custodial wallet is a PWA called LaWallet (made by nostr:npub1rujdpkd8mwezrvpqd2rx2zphfaztqrtsfg6w3vdnljdghs2q8qrqtt9u68 guys).

Keep this in mind to extend the review offer to applications that are not installed from a store.

I've been to Buenos Aires recently and tried that PWA but PWAs are yet another challenge to audit. We have to dig into that. So far I cannot provide any attestations to stuff you run being legit in any meaningful way.

Open source PWAs are auditable the same way you would build software.

Lawallet monorepo can be deployed and self-hosted with one click.

ONE-CLICK deploy. Vercel / Netlify or your self hosted solution.

Hmm, ... that one-click deploy is nice but clearly depends on vercel in this case. The link you provided though does not provide a one-click deployment of a wallet. They forgot to update that vercel link.

For a PWA I would expect some installation from a signed zip file or at least some way to have signed bundles from a website that are guaranteed to require your consent to update. We have to dig into that.
