Time to push some new Bitcoin adoption, if all goes well 🙏👀

I need a plug-and-play checkout add-on, for a retail eCommerce website to accept Bitcoin/lightning payments.

Ideally it’s as simple as copy-paste this CSS or JS (if that’s technically possible to accomplish something this complex).

It would need to complete the transaction and “inform” the website’s back-end that payment was captured but not by a credit card.

If I can make it work one time, scaling it would be the EASY part.

BTCPay is incredible if you put in the work, but there are simpler options. @Zaprite might be worth checking out.

If you go the BTCPay route, I'd probably do it through nostr:npub15klkdfx9sh3y096a5jf895rcvkmkzvly2fm9dgxq6huqhp9576jsav4m73 to reduce a lot of the friction.

Zaprite can definitely help here. If it's WooCommerce, we have a plugin. If it's a custom site, we have API and webhook service. Many options to choose from when it comes to wallet/node integrations.

I’ll need to loop in one of our devs, but api + webhook sounds like enough, based on other internal conversations around 3rd party integrations. Now to find a coworker who is Bitcoin-friendly or curious enough to do me a solid 😂
