Warren Buffet has a bunch of interestes in the "news" stations that have covered the oil pipe line controversy & he owns the railroads that would lose oil contracts if the Dakota Access & Keystone pipelines were completed.

CFCs are significantly heavier than air. The ozone layer is 15 miles above all weather. There is no mixing, that's why the atmosphere becomes layered up there. Pretty sure it was all just a BS campaign to ban a product with an expiring patent so that it could be replaced with a new patented product.
