can we get a copy option for the npubs listed on user profiles in app instead of opening nostrgram?

In theory yes, in practice a better UX is to make it clickable to a nostr client...
you can always copy the pubkey once you’re on nostrgram
from where? not at all evident having never used the site befoe
better UX in practice? you realize I am a user, that is a not a better experience for me.
it might have been if it gave me a choice, or detected that I already had a different app installed and used it instead. just opening a 3rd party site with no user input is a terrible default option.
The goal of good UX is to satisfy the largest majority of users with the smallest amount of friction.
There’s always that user that wants thing differently, no matter what.
