damn, haven’t tried that

Just pan fry it with a tiny amount of olive oil spread across the pan. Keep the lid on.

Then once warm, flip, flash fry on the cheese side, and slide onto your plate.

Careful with the oil. It's too easy to put too much and end up greasy.

Get it right, you get a crispier base and nothing is soggy like if you put it in a microwave. Takes ~3mins too.
