The dietary cholesterol, in and of itself, isnt the issue. Its meals high in carbs AND high in fat / cholesterol that does it. Too much of both at the same time will leave the cholesterol lingering longer as the carbs will be metabolized first.

i don't fuck with carbs ☺️

Not at all? Shouldnt really be an issue for ya then. One thing to keep in mind is everyone is different biologically, so what might be 'high' LDL in one could be normal for another. One size does not fit all when it comes to diet / health.

Was he wearing bellbottoms?

Almost everything else he said was reasonable, which was why this made me do a head fake. I tried to throw him a bone with the suggestion of fish being a "safer" alternative protein and he was like "no they have a lot of cholesterol too!"

uh okay

So what protein are you supposed to eat?

100% egg whites diet

Gross.
