Yes. I’m bullish on Aperture/L402-based startups like Sulu (https://sulu.sh) as a way to soak up excess datacenter compute, among other things.
I'm thinking in the direction of paywalling access to a website via lightning, but the content is accessible via a document copilot as assistance in writing/coding. The reference content is available to the users via showing up both as auto complete (like Github Copilot) and a list of references (like perplexity.ai).
