nostr:npub1gcxzte5zlkncx26j68ez60fzkvtkm9e0vrwdcvsjakxf9mu9qewqlfnj5z I've started using a "hosted" streaming service for nostr so the stream event is published by somebody else, can you use "host" p tag as the owner of the stream?

have you seen livekit’s open-source WebRTC streaming set-up. it’s really easy to self-host https://docs.livekit.io/

Except it doesn't work because WebRTC is a psyop.

they don’t use it the purely P2P way if that’s what you mean

im using SRS which has support for WebRTC live streams, adding player soon

How do we deal with scammers adding famous people as hosts?

Good point.. maybe we need to use delegation to allow the host to sign for the user for this specific event kind

Or just a 3rd term on the p tag that is the event's `a` address encrypted with each p's private key.

The zap.stream API is documented here btw: maybe you know how to implement mobile live streams? https://git.v0l.io/Kieran/stream/issues/7

Yes! i like this thinking about it last night
